Best Waterproof Changing Liner for Travel, Rotation, and Everyday Changes
A practical comparison of reusable waterproof changing liners for parents choosing between larger packs, compact sizing, cotton flannel, and simple cleanup.
Changing liners solve a narrow problem: keeping the main changing pad cleaner during messy changes. The best choice depends less on branding than on your rotation needs, available space, and preferred surface.

What separates the options?
For more frequent laundry rotation
The two TILLYOU options provide six reusable liners, giving parents more pieces for nursery, diaper bag, or laundry rotation. Their cotton flannel surfaces are described as soft, absorbent, and gentle, while the waterproof polyurethane backing helps protect the pad beneath. The Pet and White versions share the same listed dimensions and core features; the visible distinction supplied here is color.
For a smaller changing setup
Munchkin uses a shorter, narrower format. That can suit parents who want less material around a compact changing pad. Its PVC-free waterproof backing and machine-washable construction target straightforward cleanup. Shipping availability may vary by delivery location, so verify the current listing before ordering.
Balanced verdict
Choose TILLYOU Waterproof Changing Pad Liners 6 Pack, 100% Cotton Reusable Cloth Diaper Liners, Pet for the strongest travel-and-multipurpose case. Choose TILLYOU Waterproof Changing Pad Liners 6 Pack, 100% Cotton Reusable Cloth Diaper Liners, White for a home-focused six-piece rotation. Choose Munchkin® Waterproof Changing Pad Liners, 3 Count, (Pack of 1) when its smaller dimensions fit better.
